Pet Friendly

Worthing Communities are pet-friendly, but pet policies may differ by property. Please contact your management office for specific information regarding breed restrictions, weight limits, and refundable and non-refundable pet deposits.All breeds must be approved by management. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome without deposit or fee.

Property Fee Structure:
Cat $300.00 ($ 100.00 refundable)
Dog $500.00 (200.00 refundable)
plus a $10 monthly pet rent
